3. What Ingredients Are in the Bottle?
All Organic Ingredients: Brandy, Dong Quai, Cramp Bark, Ginger, Fenugreek, Motherwort, Chamomile.
Suggested Use: Administer 20-30 drops under the tongue for one minute, then swallow. Can be taken every 8 hours as needed. For enhanced relief, start a few days prior to your cycle.
